Top notch computer device

Every newcomer receives a new computer device ; Software Engineer may choose between Mac or Linux environment depending on their preferences.

Healthy environment, healthy food.

Our offices are fully equipped with sustainable furnitures and we signed partnerships with external providers to continuously recycle our waste. Recycling bins for items such as paper, cans and caps are available in all our offices. Newcomers are offered a bento box so they limit their waste when they order food for lunch.

We also offer healthy snacks such as protein and cereal bars, dried fruit and nuts, fresh seasonal and organic fruit, mints as well as dairy and non dairy milk. We offer a selection of high quality french coffee and tea (herbal too). Employees based in France also get meal voucher up to €9.5 per day.

In terms of the office, we have a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, we have a hot desk policy, relaxed attire for everyone (even better if you want to wear our Kbrw sweatshirt!) and a selection of books, industry magazines available for everyone. The office has a mix of comfy chairs, soft yoga ball chairs. We have a relaxed decoration with dry flowers, inspirational quotes and little touches to make you feel at home.

Team building events

At Kbrw, it as important to work hard as play hard. Therefore, we encourage our employees to get together for other reasons than work as much as possible. From coffee buddies in slack, to afterworks and themed workshops we have a variety of events that we run throughout the year with a main goal in mind: connection.

Over the past few months ans years we have organiser: themed afterworks and dance parties, petanque competitions, darts games, boat parties, song contests and even a treasure hunt in our work neighborhood.

🦉 Our remote policy


Policy

Our remote policy allows people to work from home up to 12 days a month. Yes: a month. We did not set a weekly limit, neither a “be at the office on Friday ‘cause we don’t trust you”. We deeply believe that our employees can and should be responsible for organizing their time.

Travel remote

You have probably imagined yet: “What it would look like to work from my friends’ countryside house for a week?” or “I wish I could go back to my parents’ and share time between chilling and working remotely”. Because remote working is also about taking a break, we allow employees to take up to a 3-month period to work temporarily from wherever they want.
