Software Engineers are kick-ass craftsmen who work either for client-based projects or the product team. They build their expertise in back-end Elixir language, front-end React language, devops and site reliability.
As a Software Engineer, you may choose to take more responsibilities and take the lead of teams, or grow as an expert to share best practices and tech watches across the organization.

Customer Success Managers are Swiss knifes dedicated to client-based projects: they guide our clients in understanding and targeting their users’ needs, setup projects resources and ensure coordination remains smooth.
As a Customer Success Manager, you may evolved to a more strategic client-facing role such as Account Manager or switch to a Product Owner / Product Manager job.

Designers take care of all aspects related to user experience. They may work as Experience Design for complex projects to help our customer better understand their end users, better define their business process and set interfaces that match with their corporate identity. Or they may work within the Product team and design new features, components and keep building our frameworks such as our Design System.
