A fair and transparent base salary

All employees at Kbrw have their base salary (aka the amount of money you get at the end of each month) based on a transparent formula described as bellow:

• Entry salary: is the regular salary we pay for recent-grads who join the company. It may vary between geography and job categories and served as a base for calculation;
• Experience: we apply a multiplication factor based on your experience in the market;
• Loyalty: for each year completed at Kbrw, you’ll get an extra boost to your salary;
• Grade: depending on your level of responsibility at Kbrw (for more details, please visit Keep investing in self development)

Eg.: you apply in 2022 to a Customer Success Manager position in Paris and you have been graduated in 2019. You apply for ‘senior’ role; you may expected your base salary to be:

• Entry salary: €42,000
• Experience: 3 (2022-2019)
• Loyalty: 0 (you are an external candidate)
• Grade: ’senior’ roles gets a 1.1 multiplier
• Base salary = €50,500
