Our commitments for candidates
We know that recruiting processes can be stressful and frustrating for candidates. Companies may be slow on coordinating interviews and eager to get your final decision once they have sent you the offer, interviewers may be unprepared, etc. And let’s be honest: choosing your next professional adventure based on a couple of one-hour interviews is not an easy thing to do.
To offer you the best candidate experience, we commit on:
- Fast interview scheduling: from the first call to the final decision, our recruiting processes lasts no more than two weeks: so you and we don’t loose time to beat around the push.
- Transparency: whatever the topic, we deliver you straight-forward feedbacks and informations: our compensation policy is public (see: How people get paid at Kbrw?), interviewers are trained to Radical Candor© and our Talent Advisors are here to coach you along the process.
- No at-home exercise: we know your time is precious so our recruiting process excludes at-home exercises; all we ask you is that you bring your whole self to the interview.
- No room for personal biases: all interviews are conducted by a team of two to reduce personal biases and offer you the opportunity to meet more coworkers.
- Make decision, without stress: if you are successful in the interview process, we will send you a detailed offer letter so you will know exactly the work conditions, title and salary. All our offer letters include at least a 10-day period for reflecting and make your final decision.
