Our onboarding process has been built to achieve three main objectives:
- Accommodate: getting all the paper tasks done and signing your work contract;
- Acculturate: getting to know everything you need to know about Kbrw’s culture;
- Accelerate: all the necessary trainings to help you hit your goals faster.

Accelerate (fast)
Campus by Kbrw
In 2021, we were certified Qualiopi© (French label for excellence in training) for our internal training center. We offer two initial trainings for newcomers:
- Jump training: an extensive 4-week training for our new Software Engineers to learn everything about Elixir and our proprietary frameworks, including masterclass by internal experts who are used to teach in top French Engineering and IT schools (we partner with IMT Atlantique and EPITECH);
- We-dont-have-a-name-yet training: a 4-week training for our new Customer Success Manager to step foot in the Supply Chain industries. The training is led by our internal trainer APICS© certified who also give lectures in Engineering French Schoold including Les Mines St Etienne.
Jump at a glance
Jump is a training for either internal or external trainees.
New Software Engineers who join the team start their onboarding with this training, divided into 10 chapters cadenced with led-by-experts masterclasses.
After the initial training period, Software Engineers are assigned to a project and start apply their learning on the job.
